Eos and Cyanea padded along in the direction that the black she-wolf had pointed. The trees here were thinner than in the rest of the forest and watery autumn sunlight flooded the woods with pools of light. It was peaceful under the trees, thought Eos, and she felt her muscles relax a little for the first time since joining the pack. Though winter was nearing small sounds could be heard that identified prey nearby. "What do you think?" she asked Cyanea as they walked.

Cyanea looked around the den, smiling happily. "I like it here," she replied, walking around the den to observe everything. Then she turned to Eos, her eyes bright. "Hey momma? Do we get to meet the other wolves soon?" the pup asked, curiosity flooding her little mind.

Eos nodded and let a small smile come to her face. Cyanea seemed happy here, and as long as her pup was happy and safe, she was happy too. "I don't know when we'll meet the others," Eos explained to the eager pup, "they seem to keep to themselves a lot here." Eos had found this rather strange about the pack. Most packs were close, but this one wasn't like that. The feeling of uneasiness returned to her. Her scruff prickled and the feeling of being watched forced itself upon her. "Maybe we should go see if there's anything to eat," Eos suggested, casting a nervous eye around the area and then shaking herself for being so silly. If Cyanea picked up on her nervousness then the pup might feel uncomfortable and that was the last thing Eos wanted.

Cyanea nodded, leading the way out of their den. She began looking around for any sign of prey.... or even some of her new pack members. Her mother had told her stories about how packs were always so close. I wonder why this pack isn't like the one in all of momma's stories.... Cyanea wondered, wandering farther from the den and out of the sight of her mother. Once she was away from her mother, Cyanea took the liberty of exploring her new surroundings. A satisfactory smile spread across her face as she hopped up on a stump to get a better view.

(ooc; Ok, so I was thinking to add some drama to the role play Pandora could poison Cyanea with something and tell Eos that only she knows the cure and she will only give Eos the cure if Eos does something to mess with Kylarad. What do you think?)
Eos scented a squirrel nearby and instinctively her mouth began to water. She watched as the grey creature nosed around in the dead leaves in pursuit of acorns for winter. When it finally wandered into her striking range she did not hesitate before pouncing on the squirrel and killing it swiftly. Panting with satisfaction she raised her head to tell Cyanea about the catch but her daughter was no where in sight. She felt her heart skip a beat. "Cyanea!" she called frantically, the squirrel all but forgotten as she looked around in sharp panic for the only living thing she felt affection towards.

(OOC: That sounds good. And where should I post as Noquisi? I'm a little confused.)
Cyanea's ears flicked slightly at the sound of her mother calling out to her. She jumped off of the stump and headed further away from her mother. Under the extremely watchful eye of Eos, the young pup had no time to explore. She had finally escaped that watchful eye and was not about to give up the opportunity to explore. As she began wandering further from her mother, a grasshopper caught her eye as it landed on her paw. Cyanea leaned her head down to get a closer look, but quickly drew it back as the grasshopper jumped from her paw to her muzzle. She shook her head quickly in an attempt to get rid of the insect. After many furious shakes of the head, the grasshopper finally left the pup's muzzle. Relieved, Cyanea let out a sigh as she looked around. She had no idea which way to go. So she went left and hoped that something interesting was around the next corner. She pricked her ears so that if her mother was coming, she'd know.

(ooc; Noquisi is a Kylarad wolf. . . I don't think she's doing anything right now if she's finished talking to Ajax so you're pretty much free to do whatever)
Pandora had been watching the pair for a while now and had finally formulated a plan. Fortunately Cyanea had separated herself from Eos making the whole thing easier for Pandora. She watched the pup roam deeper into the trees and chase a grasshopper until Eos' panicked cries were out of earshot. Finally, she approached the pup. "Does your mother know you're out here?" asked Pandora silkily, her tone brimming on concern but a mischievous flicker in her eye.

Cyanea looked up at the older wolf with a smile. "No. She doesn't. I'm just exploring," Cyanea replied, looking around for the grasshopper. Seeing that the insect had disappeared, the young pup now turned her attention to Pandora. "So... what's your name?" Cyanea asked, tilting her head quizzically.

"I'm Pandora and I along with Armell run this pack," Pandora introduced herself with a warm smile. "I overheard you tell Claudius that your name is Cyanea, is that right?" she asked conversationally.

Cyanea nodded, looking at the wolf. "Yes. My name's Cyanea. Claudius seems really nice! Oh and you said you run the pack? Are there any pups my age in the pack? I'm really curious!" the pup said, her sentences seeming to run together as her excitement grew.

ooc; sorry it took me so long to reply. I thought I already had, but I guess not.
Pandora put on an expression of pity, "no, I'm sorry to say that there's not. But, I do know a great place where you can play and your mother won't have to worry about you. Would you like to see it?"

Cyanea was disappointed to hear the news that there were no pups her age in the pack. But, her eyes lit up immediately as soon as she heard what else Pandora had said. "There is? Really?" Cyanea asked, looking up at Pandora, "I would like to go to it... but what if my momma's worried about me? I should go see...."

"No," interjected Pandora, perhaps a little too quickly. To smooth over her mistake she quickly said, "no need to worry your mother. As one of Lycaon's leaders I can assure you that you're perfectly safe with me." Seeing that the pup still looked slightly suspicious Pandora continued, "it'll be dark soon and we mustn't be out exploring after dark, so if you want to see the place today we'll have to hurry. It's full of all sorts of tasty berries, all of them perfectly safe to eat. Trust me, it's to die for!"

Cyanea hesitated at first. Pandora had been quick to tell her not to leave. She looked the older wolf up and down before turning in the direction her mother was in. "W...well alright. But shouldn't I make sure my momma knows? I mean... I am her only pup after all," Cyanea asked quietly.

Pandora clenched her teeth for a moment. "I. . . suppose you should," she said at last. Eos already didn't trust her, but there was no way she would be able to get Cyanea into position if the pup didn't go willingly. After much thought she decided she had no choice but to let the pup tell her mother where they were going. "Make it quick, though. It'll be dark soon," Pandora said in a voice just a little too sweet to be authentic.
