Cyanea nodded to her mother and darted over. "Is this is?" she asked quietly, looking up at her mother with big, blue eyes.

ooc; Feel free to join, anyone... :S
Eos nodded, glancing around. "Yup. I wonder if anyone's around to talk to..." She trailed off, sniffing along the ground. The fresh sent of wolves was here, but she couldn't hear anyone talking or moving around. "Hello?" She called gently, turning around.

"Hello?" Cyanea called, echoing her mother. She looked up at her mother innocently. "Is there anyone around?" she asked, listening to hear any rustling leaves or grass.

Eos shrugged, disappointment flowering in her heart like a disease. She was wrong to hope that there was any chance of starting over. "Cyanea. While we wait, did you want to play a game?" She asked, trying to keep from showing how she really felt. To help her cause, the tired mother smiled at her pup, wondering where all her energy came from.

"Yes. But what game shall we play, momma?" Cyanea asked, smiling up at her mother with bright eyes.

"How about..." Eos paused, looking around. "In another world. I look for an object I see and say what it could be used as in another world. For example: That log over there..." She said, nodding to a hollow log on the ground. "Is used as a boat." Laughing, Eos shrugged, not sure if the game would work. "You try. If you can't think of any, that's okay."

Cyanea looked around, trying to find an object. That's when her eyes rested on a twig. "This twig could be used to... umm... it could be used to fend off enemies?" she asked, her voice going up at the end as if she was asking a question.

Eos vigorously nodded, smiling. "Yes! And this acorn top is used as a hat." She announced, lifting up a tiny cap on her nose before flinging it off gently. "If you don't like this game, you can pick one." She said, hoping the game wasn't too boring.

"No momma! It's a fine game. I just.... curious. Aren't there other wolves?" Cyanea asked, blue eyes glowing with curiosity.

Eos was beginning to get uneasy. Weren't there others? "I-I'm sure there are, sweetie." She said, trying to cover the stutter she started out with. "Where do you think they are?" She asked Cyanea, wondering if the pup knew any more than her about the whereabouts of the pack.

"Maybe they don't know we're here," Cyanea suggested, seeing her mother's uneasiness, "Should we try venturing further into their territory? Or is that too dangerous?"

"I don't see why not... They seemed nice. I don't think their pack would be mean to strangers." Eos announced, a small smile planted on her face. "Come on. Let's go!" She said, standing up.

Cyanea followed her mother. "Are we going further?" she asked, blinking once more. She looked around hoping to continue the game they had started earlier. She tilted her head to a stump. That stump could be used as a place to put kill," Cyanea giggled, bounding beside her mother.

Claudius had been taking an afternoon nap in the shade of a large tree when he heard the voices of two unfamiliar wolves. He opened his eyes and perked his ears, his chin still resting on his front paws as he listened to the two. They seemed to be new to Lycaon, much like himself, and they also seemed to be more friendly than most of the wolves around here. The shy wolf thought for a few moments longer before finally making up his mind to introduce himself to the pair. He rose ungracefully to his feet and limped over. "G-g-good aftern-noon," he stammered as he walked, tripping over his words as he tripped over the ground. His face felt warm with embarrassment as he tried unsuccessfully to make a good first impression.

Cyanea looked down at the wolf who had just introduced himself. "Good afternoon! Who are you? My name's Cyanea!" the pup said, smiling. She then turned to her mother. "Look momma!" Cyanea said happily, "Another wolf just showed up!"
