Pandora walked smoothly into the circle of oaks and dipped her head peacfully. "We have come to discuss a matter that concerns both our packs. Where can we find your satraps?" she said, not a note of hostility in her voice.

Lya turned her head to the smooth voice of Pandora. She hoped the wolf didn't come on terms of war, however, she didn't seem to be very hostile. Not hostile at all, actually. She probably should discuss with her, it may be of some use to her pack. She still didn't trust the wolf, though.
"We are here. Do you wish to discuss this in private or right here?" Lya asked. She hoped it wasn't something her pack didn't need to hear.

Yanah was walking in at the same time that the Lycaon wolves were. She froze, her hackles rising. She hated both wolves that were standing in front of her, and would love nothing better than to rip them apart. However, she had to keep a level head. They were here peacefully. "Look in his den," she said to Noquisi, not taking her eyes off Armell and Pandora.
Armell followed after her, slightly more wary than her counterpart. After all, she had taken this pack's pups and crippled their healer. "It doesn't matter, seeing as it concerns everyone," she replied to Lya.
Ajax saw his previous captor and squeaked in fear, scampering to hide behind his mother. Quivering, he peeked out from behind her legs, then ducked back again.

Lya nodded gravely. She was afraid that she knew what the concern was.
"Hmm, alright. What is it that you need to discuss?" she replied dully. The heat was a bit much on her, but she needed to show little to no weakness around the Lycaon wolves. Perhaps speaking in public was a better idea, seeing as they might be attacking. She hoped not.

Noquisi slowly turned around, spotting Armell and Pandora. A blank look took over the healer's face, and Noquisi dipped her head. "I will be in Vilk's den." She softly said, limping out of the clearing. She looked at Armell with such pity, and she hoped that the co-leader of the Lycaon saw this.

Elektra stood quietly behind her leaders. She wasn't exactly sure why she was forced to come, but she was. So here she was.

"To his den, I think...." Ahava looked up at Noquisi just after Yanah answered for her, glad that someone else also cared for him. And then she noticed the Lycaon wolves. Not all of them were there. Although, once again, the wolf dared not to speak up despite her rank. She would, though, if someone would include her.

"We have come to discuss the water situation. Surely you have noticed that water is becoming more and more difficult to come across," she paused, eyes flickering from wolf to wolf, identifying possible escape routes in case worse came to worse.

"Indeed," Armell said with a pause, glancing sideways at Pandora before continuing. "In times like this, we feel that differences must be cast aside, otherwise everyone will perish." She pawed the ground, not sure how to phrase the next part. "We should share resources for the time being," she said.

Lya quietly pondered the idea. Armell spoke the truth. They would certainly quarrel if she refused. Without saying a word, she turned her head to her fellow satraps with a questioning look upon her face. She had to ask them , too, for she was not the only satrap.

Pandora thought over this proposition. The sun beat relentlessly down on her black fur making it difficult for her to focus on any one thought for long. Finally, she nodded slowly. "Yanah, Lya, Ahava, do you agree?" she asked. All she wanted was to get back to Lycaon and sleep out this heat.

Yanah did not sit. She stared at the pair of them from the spot she'd chosen when walking in. "And why should we share with you? How do we know you won't try to poison us?" She growled. These two wolves were the bane of her existence.
Armell flicked an ear, sitting to look less threatening. "Like us or not, we'll all die if we don't share what we have. What do you care more about, your pride or your pack?" She knew Yanah hated her and didn't care much either.

Heraclea stared at the Lycaon wolves and recognised two of them. One had tried to kidnap her and her brothers, the other had murdered her father. Fur bristling she growled a little at the sight of the two.

Clearly afraid to speak up but ready to, Ahava looked at the speaker, Armell, and then to Yanah. And then, softly, she spoke up, "I think Armell is right. For the drought. " And then she said something she never thought she would. "Just to be safe, maybe we can create rules or maybe even penalties if our trust is being played on?" As always Ahava became timid as to what her packmates would say to her opinion after speaking. She always feels that she shouldn't have spoken at all. With that, she kept a calm gaze resting on the opposite pack.

'Finally, someone with some sense,' thought Pandora to herself, examining Ahava with her amber eyes. "Yes, rules would make this go much more smoothly. Is there any place on your territory that still has water?" Pandora drawled boredly as she allowed her gaze to continue travelling from wolf to wolf.
